I have heard that Andhra Scribes screws people by. Andhra Scribes charges from the people and gives the worst dictation for HBT.

People in Hyderabad beware of Vasant Scribes.

Experienced people joining Vasant Scribes will fall to the worst management. Proofers who are selected will have to virtually get their ass fucked coz for them proofers are nothing but senior transcribers. The dictation is transcribed by a Fresh MT and proofers have to get the quality to 98%. The APMs and QC themselve don't know how crack a blank and they CLAIM to have experience of more than 5 years. If you join and get into management eye, they will slog you as if you are fresher in this field. Is anybody Interested in getting themself screwed can join Vasant Scribes

As one person told in this forum, it is true that andhrascribe people are giving worst dictations for practise and will not be online as they told that they will provide support through online. Beware of andhrascribe as there will not be proper response after joining.

Thanks for your mail. We are welcoming your comments. I do not want to argue that I am genuine or bla bla...I want to share some facts

Depending on your accuracy only live will be given.

Depending on account, payment dates will be there. If you want more TAT, like 24-46 hours, payment will also come like that.

Before pointing out any company, if you show one finger to other, remaining four fingers will show you only.

As we have started two to three offices in different places, appointing administrators, hectic schedule is going, we will be available online for 24 hours in near future, but right now we are maintaining communication with employees, according their convienance we are coming online.

Fact is that if you are not ready to do all types of reports and if you are not ready to face open market...you cannot survive. Read this below:

companies that are taking jobs away from American citizens and sending

Who said that if one is not ready to do all-type of files, one cannot survive. It is your belief like that....there are several people who have easy clients and clear dictations only...Those days are gone bye venu....Even I have a direct client of whom I have been working only on clear dictations for the past 9 years. It is the MTs and the editors who run the show now and it is who they decide what they want. As far as MTs and editors are concerned, they are not slaves and they will decide which type of files they want to do....If you loose an experienced MT, who is the looser? As far as MTs and editors are concerned and especially if an MT/editor is well capable, they won't dance anymore to tunes as they have plenty and plenty of options.

Of your last post of what you have posted, even though such peoples keep on shouting, more and more outsourcing is being done to India. It is not going to stop.

Even i have a client to whom I ask to dictate like this and they do dictate like what I want.

To all foreign MTs and Americans:

Please forgive the ignorance and intollerance of some people in my country, America. We are not all ignorant and hateful. Some of us recognize that hatred (and wars) are fueled by the greedy people who float to the top and live in luxury.

I'm saddened by some American MTs responses to these people in India and the Philipines. (I don't even want to know why this woman from Pakistan says, "Don't send any more messages please.")

Americans, it wasn't these workers who took your jobs; it was the greedy people in power. Give these people a break. Some of them aren't even being paid for the work they do. It's obvious they can't even mention the names of the companies that aren't paying them! If a big company offered you a way to save your family, would you say no?

These people don't have the luxuries we have either. Some of them work long hours in poor conditions and get paid far less than we do. If you want to be mad, don't be mad at the people who are working hard to survive, just like we are.

I'm not a forum person. Last night I stumbled in here and read some very interesting, helpful information from someone named Mary, and came back in tonight to follow up with a legitimate question about transcription. But I'm so disappointed to find bitterness and hatred lurking around in here. I'm sure I won't be back.

Yes well said, we do not need to dance anymore to tunes of any employer who dictates terms illegally to you...If they dictate terms illegally and demandable terms and conditions to you, tell them those days are gone and tell them to respect MTs and Editors....it is the days where work is directly given to HTs from USA...so If they show their horns, just kick them and leave them, that's it. It is not egoism....but the true fact that Employers should respect MTs and Editors and care for them...otherwise they have to pay a huge huge price for it especially in the coming years as more and more outsourcing is being done to India each day.

We are not slaves and we also expect respect and care from you...If you don't respect, don't show hatred and treat like a dog as it will yield in unexpected results to the Employer only.

These are in respect to the lots of messages coming in this forum of employees being badly treated.

Y dont u empower the MTs by providing details of such HMT providers...if u really want to strengthen the self-respect of the employees and break the backs of the asshole bosses who are fit for noghting rather than just screaming and yelling at employees for no reason....

Also post more info about Andhrascribe and some useful information with regards to direct HT work from US...

Dear All:

This is to bring to your attention that whoever take jobs from Venugopala Rao or from his associates or from his so called Andhrascribe are at their own risk of doing it as please be careful that Mr. Venugopala Rao is a pretty dangerous person. He is a fraud and a cheater. So, everybody do not take any work from him or anybody join his company or his associates.

If anybody do so, do not complain at a later stage.
