Hi everybody and my dear mts/hbts/wahms:

I feel the forum is not getting enough replies coz some firms offerings work at very very damn less rates, which an mt does not wish to work at all and if at all any firm offers the works, its just like a shit kinda work with tough and too speed dictators where we gonna end up very less line counts and some times the client does not want pay coz the quality.

Why do not a firm understand that mt who wanna work from home wants to work on easy dictators where she/he can earn good line counts for the day where they assure you good quality in turn reduce the firm's net, pc, power, place maintainance cost.

I suggest an ideal firm will get their tough and tricky kinda dictaors done by their inhouse with quality checks as they pay more for their QA departments.

I wanna inform you my dear fellow mts and wahms not to work at very less costs and ask for easy payments if possible fornight payments, i.e., 15 days payments.

Here we wanna work for these rates. Do not expect anyone to work less then this.

Price rates:
Work for 1.20 paise for transcription with 94 plus % accuracy.
Work for 1.5 to 1.65 for user end quality or 98.5% accuracy.

Please do not argue or have a prick kinda discussion or scrapping over this matter if any mt freshers or any directors have no idea about the serious bussiness we are looking for.

I assume every one takes this in a positive way what we are looking for.

In fact, the prices quoted by you might be right price, but do you know many companies are not even paying 1.20 for direct upload whereas you are asking 1.20 for 94%? For 94%, most of the companies are paying now 80 and 90 paise per line, this is the case even with one of the largest companies like Focus who execute millions of line per day.

The thing is that Shirish what you have requested for is the right price from my part, but the real fact what I think is everybody is selfish about themselves. They do not have the real love for the home-MTs. Home-MTs are really a bullock in the cart to execute the work.. After that you and we do not have any connection is the company's point of view. How can one change the companies attitude?

The one company who claims themselves claims to be extremely friendly company, Focus Infosys, when approached I came to understand that like what the other person was telling - one has to send 2 or 3 mails even to respond and at times, they behave poorly. Everything is in words, nothing in action.

Even the so friendly person called Mr. Venugopalarao Suraneni was telling in some other website that he was getting 1 dollar per line from the client for executing the work, but he was offering 60 paise and all to home-MTs that too tough files. So how it works as far as mindset goes?

You are right and I agree with you. Many people do not implement what they preach.
