Have you been directly cheated by Venu? If that is the case, then should you not come out with a personal write up explaining your grievance so that others can be careful.

We in India need a good networking setup for MTs. What we see is that just about everybody at every forum is out to push his trade, which in most cases tantamounts to concealing facts. Visit MT Stars forum. See how MTs help each other out there. That is what I mean by good networking. It is another matter that American MTs at MT Stars are biased against Indians as they feel very insecure professionally with outsourcing, which is going to only increase with the falling dollar exchange rates and as the insurance companies demand lowering of medical costs, which drives hospitals and clincs to outsource more work to countries like India and Phillipines.

Most MT firms/companies give online test before recruiting a MT regardless as to whether he/she is going to work from office or from home. It is only Andhrscribe that demands an upfront fee of Rs. 2500 from trained and experienced MTs wanting work from him or his associates under the guise of giving dictations to assess the capability of an applicant. Does Andhrascribe propound that it is bigger then the likes of Accusis, Edictate, Focus, etc. and has set its own benchmark?

Here frankly I myself do not quite understand what is the meaning of "associates." Do these so called associates only take MTs as recommended by Andhrascribe? Are these associates different from those who post at his Yahoo Groups: askribeindia?

Full online MT training is completely a different matter. Here a raw hand takes to training from home with softwares including typing provided on the assurance that on successful completion of training he/she would be provided homebased work either directly by Andrascribe or their "associates." After successful completion of training the applicant must be provided with a homebased job by the trainer. However, such an applicant should not compete with trained and experienced MTs in terms of rates/line as he/her is just started outing out. If the trained applicant gets work on his own then the matter ends there. However, if the trainer does not provide home based work then all the hardwork and hope put in by the applicant goes to naught. At best, such applicants can try for OJT full time work. Andhrascribe should not ask a newly online trained MT to give trials with firms in the open market like those who post at their Yahoo Group: Askribeindia or with his "associates". That is not fair. If Andhrascribe has meted out such treatment to any of his online trained MTs, then the latter have a right to be aggrieved and warn others. But then he/she should reveal his identity openly and then we will all read what Venu has to say about it. Wink

I myself took MT training from him to hone my skills in body systems other than ortho in which at that time I already had over two years full time experience. Here I must say that his training was of little help as I hardly had exposure to operative reports or that in the areas of radiology, oncology, hematology, pathology, etc. Before joining, getting exposure to such areas along with IMT and AMT had been agreed upon, but somewhere down the line he seemed to have forgotten about it. All the same, it gave me an idea of how to improve my networking and know of forums like this one where my post fetched me a job.

Despite my difference of opinion with Venu, I have no hard feelings, only that I sincerely do not believe that online MT training by outfits like Andhrascribe is any training at all. Online MT training in India is not of the caliber as in foreign countries. In India, pre-prepared CDs are sent in batches to one and all. Subsequent CDs carry the keys to dictations in the previous one. There is no personal assessment whatsover of work done by trainees. Just stereotype training. If one does not have a PC at home, I would not recommend that he/she make an investment in the same just do such online training. Best is to take training with a MT production unit so that one is exposed to real files and is exposed to real time assessment.

There you are gspal back to chamchagiri for Venu. Who needs a crappy post training? As you have mentioned, one needs to give a trial test and then start working from home as a MT. What crap is this of paying for an entrance test and working for free for over a month? Who in his senses would do that and too free? That is the cheating adjective. Who has got a contract with Venu after this post training? That is the fraud adjective.

You mentioned of doing MT training post full time work experience of two years Did it fulfill your objective? I have seen your posts at this and other forums looking for IMT & AMT dictations with keys, and also for various softwares like ENT. Why may you need them if the training by Venu was comprehensive and "provided the softwares." Therefore, the so called MT training did not fulfill your objective. You have answered a post at askribeindia to a lady taking up online training to the extent that the MT training of Andhrascribe does not have any study material and directed the lady to another site for the same. You also directed her to some 4shared.com for softwares. Did Venu tell you of this site?

You may not be aware, that many of his so called "associates" reject the reference of Venu outright stating that his quality was very poor as HBT. Not able to make his living as a MT, Venu has started this internet fraud of providing training and giving us hardworking Indians a bad name. He is a fraudster. He never issues a certificate after training. Has he issued you one? Anyhow, his certificate has no significance.

I hope the above will make you start thinking and not be his mouth piece. You have mentioned that you did not get a job through him. We all Indians who have been suckered by Venu through his MT Training or post training demand that he refund our respective fees with due apology for having not succeeded in providing us placement, but rather using the money for carrying out self-acclaimed propaganda. Do not try to overact. Be in your limits. You are not in a position to come with your name, you are pointing out others???.

We are not cheaters, we are professionals. You need not to worry about our trainees. Everybody will have different training system. We have one method.

Gullible people like you will write something about us. We do not care about you. We are group of people, committed to give quality people to this industry.

So many companies made agreements with us to take trainees from us for in-house as well as home.

Gspal, these people are enjoying by irritating others with personal grudges, no specific point is there in their argument, leave them like that. I am asking Vynu and others to fight about big fishes(frauds), who left with lakhs of rupees without paying salaries etc.for companies and individual HBTs, it will be helpful for MT society.
