On April 25, 2008, Niranjan had posted at MT Training / Learning:

"Dear Venu,

Please provide some references of your students whom you have given placements."

This in response to Venu Gopala Rao's self-proclaimed "Askribe Medical Transcription Services is one of the India's leading online medical transcription training and job provider." Razz

Niranjan, you will never become a MT by undergoing online MT training. You must attend a full-time MT course not with just any training institute, but with a production unit that has a record of absorbing its successful trainees. Get this into a written contract. Wink Also, the production cum training unit must be getting multispecialty direct work from the States and not just outsourcing from MTSOs based in India. These small outfits outsourcing work from MTSOs in India pay low salaries or/and their rate/line is around 70 paisa. A case in point is Karthik who is always posting for more work from MTSOs while paying HBMTs a pathetic 65 paisa/line. He is an associate of Andhrascribe aliase Askribe. Even Venu Gopala Rao pays its HBMTs a pathetic 70 to 80 paisa per line for +92% accuracy! Shocked

Idea While you hunt for such a training institute, get hold of The Sum Program's BMT and AMT CD's with keys to see what MT is like. As for the softwares, as posted on this site: http://mtjobs.getweblist.com/about320.html by Shajis on July 14, 2007, visit for free downloads at http://www.4shared.com/dir/3130156/34dfa22c/Medical_Transcription.html.

As for becoming an HBMT do not dream of it until you have 3-4 years of full time experience in all specialties and assessed yourself to be able to do over 1000 lines within 6 hours at +95% accuracy. Then only it is worthwhile.

Dear Friends,

When I started online training 3+years ago, I myself started a thread in pliner to know opinion and 5 pages discussion happened. Lot of things discussed, I got lot of feedback from people, even US people also participated and satisfied what I explained.

What is the intention of Niranjan I do not know, he is posting everywhere. Posting success students details here it is not possible. You can post request message in askribeindia or please come to my office in Chaitanyapuri.

Hello Mr. Gspal and others:

I do not have any intention of just throwing mud at Mr. Venugopalarao. It is because of his behavior and attitude only he has made so many people like me to expose him his true nature here. Otherwise, I personally do have any grudge against him, but one must know the true reality of him. Those newbies who took training under him by paying him money are not just joining the training offered by Mr. Venu for the sake of playing a few months over there. Most of them are really serious about wanting to become an MT and make it as their career. But, Venugopala Rao is simply making this training a hell in the mind of making lots of just money and money. As the above member said, even if the member is successful employed by Mr. Venu, he pays peanuts of 70 and 60 paise per line for an home MT whether he is experienced or a newbie even for good accuracy. If one asks for better payments, he often points out mistakes here and there, thereby reducing payment to the maximum extent of such above peanuts. Did this show his gentlemanship? How many people should post their views here to show his true nature... Mr. Gspal even though you are really close with Mr. Venu, even you did not get placed by Mr. Venu...That being the case, you are praising him over here and telling that we are just throwing mud at him...? We only told the truth so that at least the newbies come to know about Mr. Venu

Hi,

Gspal came to know about me through timesofindia(I paid 16000/- for all India ad), not for free, not from here.

I gave some options of work to him after some practice, but he want to go his own style, he is already working with one client.

I already provided more than 6 cents work to companies also, they are working and getting money since 6 months to one year. If you want proof, come along with me, I will show you.

HBTs also getting rates depending on their quality. Even edictateindia(Pune) like big companies also paying 60 paisa per line if MT is providng less quality, rate will be increased depending on performance.

Hello Mr. Venugopala:

Paying 60 or 70 paise per line is okay provided that the quality provided by the MT or the editor is below standards or set by the company or the client, but instead of that if you purposefully expose good quality transcription as bad like what some companies do...where do u stand and your gentlemanship. Portraying mistakes which are not and giving lame excuses is what you stand for? Anyway, I do not want to argue here anymore because I have understood well of you.

Afterall, you were also doing the same, giving poor quality when you were working in some companies in Hyderabad and in your areas and they expelled you from their organizations before you started on your own.

Regards,

Brenden

Hi,

I last worked in Transonica(Ameerpet, Hyderabad) as QA with some other responsibilities, not expelled from anywhere. With my support, more than 30 people become production managers in Hyderabad. We are big group of friends from Guntur and other places.

You need not to worry about my past.
