I have completed my certification, but have found it very hard to find anyone who will hire me. Every company wants 3 or more years experience. I do not mind signing a contract, but have not found a company who does that online as yet.
Please advise. |

Hello Shalu,
Certificates have as much use as million rupee notes. You have not mentioned where you are located. What you have to do is get training. Once you have completed the course, the same company will either absorb you into their own with/without stipends or you joint some other company on very low wages for say, 6 months. Please remember that you will have to slog very hard for the first year working for peanuts. This is just grind and hard work. Once you get confidence that you can now start handling the work comfortably, then you can approach other places and work as long as you can. Target 2 years of hard work, then if you still have it in you, you can even do HBT if you feel you are up to it. If you need more details or information, you can get in touch via this forum. A friendly word of advise, please do not get discouraged, either by peers or the work. There is no halfway mark here. You either can do it or you cannot. Hope this helps you. |
