Hi everybody,
I am one frustrated guy. I have downloaded express scribe software but I am simply unable to open my audio with it. I can play by pressing on the play button on the audio software after downloading, but unable to play via foot pedal. I think the software does not recognize the port. I have received instructions how to set it up but nothing works. This is the fifth time I have tried it. Can anyone please help me out on this? Where am I going wrong?

I have managed to solve the riddle of getting express scribe to work. I am so very sorry for putting up my previous post but I was frustrated.
Much ado about nothing.
