We provide a 12 to 48-hour turnaround time for transcription and uploading services. We work with our clients to design a system, which is compatible with their particular technological needs.
With advanced transcription software coded and implemented by our own team we devise an error-free and systematic approach, which is adopted by our MT's and QC's.
[b]Our Staff and Work Experience:[/b]
Currently we have three QCs with 3 to 5 years work experience and six MTs with 3 to 4 years experience. As we are working for US based Transcription Company for around 1000 -1500 lines per day and we have a provision to increase it upto another 2000 lines.
[b]Power Backup and Internet Facilities:[/b]
We have a 5 KV generator and UPS. For Internet connection we have 24 hours LAN and unlimited dialup facility.
