Position Details
Overall responsibility includes client interaction, service delivery and quality assurance.
Independently lead & handle operations for 100+ associates Would be responsible for Work Force Management and Cost Effectiveness Establish strong relationship with customers.
Pricing / Contract negotiation. Understand customer requirements and deliver to requirements. Ability to analyze the business in order to identify opportunities for re-engineering and growth.
Desired Profile
Graduate, 4 + yrs exp in operations in transcription and quality standards exp of process transitions (on site & off site), preferably exp of US Health Care.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
