Why are you concealing your name and training center?

Please elaborate the term "Industrial Experts." Include in this elaboration any previous training expertise. 10 years experience in MT industry does not mean that you have 10 years experience in training.

Giving training as per AHDI Guidelines means that AHDI has approved your course? Certification of course has no value unless one gets a qualification of at least RMT.

100% placement where? Do you have a production unit?

What is your fee?

Sorry for the delayed reply, I was out of station.

This is Durga Rao from MedWordz (Formerly Ritz Transcription Services, Himayathnagar, Hyd). We established our company in November 2003. We are presently doing 15000 lines a day including our outsourcing.

We had a branch in Nalgonda also (we closed that 6 months back as we already trained more than 100 people and wanted to concentrate in Hyderabad only now). We trained around 300 people from both Hyderabad and Nalgonda. Many are working with us and some are working for reputed companies like CKar, Acusis, Focus, Elico and many medium- and small-sized companies. Many of our students are working from home and making around 25000 per month. Even our students started training centers and production centers as well.

We have started our production and training in 2003 and we have all direct clients from US. We also worked for UK clients. We are presently outsourcing work to 2 companies and previously outsourced to 4-5 companies all over India and we were prompt always in payment.

We have now started both training and production center in KPHB, Hyderabad. Interior work is going on, we will start training by the end of this month. Me and my friends were all trained in 1998. We have a total of 10 years experience in MT Industry and total 5+ years experience in training.

You asked about Industry Experts? Me and friends before starting our company worked in Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal as MTs, PRs, QAs, Production Managers, and Quality Managers and handled training as well. We know what is needed for Training, we found innovative methods in teaching MT and implementing these since 2003.

Our trained MTs will have equivalent experience of an MT with 1 1/2 years’ experience after training. Our caring and committed staff sets MedWordz apart from other courses, making us the best in the nation.

Regarding AHDI guidelines, no Indian company or training center got approval from AHDI, but here we have to follow their guidelines while transcribing as per BOS Edition II for many clients. Only few companies got memberships from AHDI, AHIMA, MTIA. If you pay $200, you will also get membership.

We are just following some important guidelines of AHDI that are available in their website, you can look at it www.ahdionline.org and Book of Style Edition II. There is no need to take approval from them.

We have more than 100,000 audios from almost all departments and all types of reports.
Actually, to become a good MT, there is no need for certification, only quality training and a zeal to learn from aspirants is enough. We will make them Quality MTs, I challenge.

Please ask your superiors to evaluate us ? One more thing, we also trained Venugopal’s wife 3 years back in our company, you can ask him.

Thanks for your detailed reply to gspal queries. Two days back, around 11 in the night, you called up, I replied your call, but didn't undestand completely as I am in sleep, after seeing above I understood why you called up.

Right now, so many companies are looking for just finished trainees, no need to worry about placement. Daily I am calling so many other training institutes for people. We have to concentrate on quality training. There is no issue of placement.

Thank you so much. We have our own requirement for trainee MTs of around 25-30 in the next 2-3 months as well as we have understanding with 4 big companies in Hyderabad. They liked our previous trainees and our trainees are doing great job there and are now in Sr. MT, PR, and QA positions and now these companies are asking for more trainees from us now. Anyway, thank you so much for your support and I will contact you if there is any requirement of that sort in the future.

Thankyou Mr. Durgarao for the details you have provided of your MT training program. Venu's wife is now in medical billing. If that is the level of your training in just a span of three years, your training must be awesome. We do not have a training center like that here in Lucknow, U.P. I learnt MT with a production unit just specializing in musculoskelatal and neurology files. The rest I had to practice on my home computer by buying audio CDs with keys from the market. You should go in for online classes too (not just a self study correspondence course with some dictation CDs) for small town aspirants. I liked reading your post.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, they gave good training to my wife. After finishing training, she want to work from home, I gave HBT. So, she started HBT from SPHBPO, Mumbai, worked for 1+ year. Then she took training in medical coding from www.onemedspace.com. They are into medical coding and billing. She is working as a team leader in medical coding dept of onemedspace since 2 yrs.

She is giving online training in coding for some students. No job guarantee in medical coding. 45 days to 3 months course. You can send mail regarding coding to vanisuraneni9@gmail.com
