Mohan is helping the MTs without taking money and it is definitely appreciable. I think people like you after taking money also not giving proper guidance should learn from him. Now, dont do business with his hardwork by copying all those and selling.

Sorry to say, but my topic was to provide information and help through my information which is about my website.

I respect Mr. Venugopala Rao's response to my topic, not that he has appreciated me. Appreciation for my website is not new for me.

Frankly speaking, I expect nothing from my website, absolutely nothing, not even appreciation. It is a free service. What I expect is, Did you learn from my website? Has it helped you in any way? Are you successful in MT field after following my website? Are you interested in writing and sharing about your MT experience through this website? I would be more than happy listening the answers to these questions.

May be you people are having personal problems with each other. Why to include personal feelings in a good cause which I am with. Sorry if I have hurt you, but please think about it once.

You are doing free service for a good cause, but this venugopalarao is a dangerous man. His trainees know very well that he copies information from different sites like medicaltranscription1.com into CDs and will be selling to his trainees that too by bluffing that he only prepared that material with the help of some doctors and the cost will be ranging from Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 5000. I dont have any intention to hurt your feelings

Our most of the subject material prepared by our guru, who taught me medical transcription in 1998-99 in Guntur, Dr. Chandramouli. He spent 17 years as doctor in foreign countries.

Basic thing is that, he never took any classroom sessions for us when he is giving training. I learned MT by my own effort with minimal supervision. After 6 months of training by him, I started giving training to his students in 1999 only when no body is there to give live production in the MT industry, until I get job as MT in 2000. I paid fee of 5500/- initially. After six months, out of 42 trainees, he gave stipend to 3 people when I am taking training, along with me two other people are there. One person is Ganesh(QA of eskribe) and another person is VSRP Prasad(Production Manager/Sr. QA in Ratna IT services, Malkajgiri). We struggled a lot to come to this position. We know value of each paisa of our trainees.

I saved doctor 5 years back for around 50,000 rupees in one incident, he prepared some material and he gave to me for training purposes. After interaction with hundreds of people, we changed a lot in our materials and strategies time to time to give good quality training as well as job opportunities.

medical-transcription1 is free website, we are using that also with each subjectwise wave files to give more exposure on each subject like gastro, ortho etc.

We have lot of stuff with our 10 year effort, no need copy anything. We prepared material with our own style.

Mohan, you did a good job. Some people always there to cry.

I had made the post of your andhrascribe/askribe courses having no approval of AHDI. I did it without any animosity. Cheats will remain cheats, thiefs will remain thiefs, dogs will remain dogs, pigs will remain pigs, etc. You see, there is no point accusing these other beings of being what they are. They cannot help it. They have their own devilish roles to play in this materialistic world. I have my own role to play.

By the way, I went through your article about your own training and mention of your Guru. I had to go through it nearly 4-5 times to make some sense of what you wanted to convey. Your English is terrible. It seemes you had written the post in an emotional state. Was this emotion created because you had read my post that revealed your AHDI bluffing? Or was it because people are exposing your deeds just about every where? I am so sorry. My intention was to save souls from falling into traps laid by people like yourself rather than directly hitting out to you. There are a lot of people like you on the net who try to fleece in the name of providing opportunities of data entry. This Samuel George who is trying to be a nice guy now by posting about giving work or re-writing articles was a scoundrel once upon a time. Maybe he has shifted alliance from the devil to the good side. We will soon know.

You had been cunning to post your educational membership of AHDI at andhrasribe.com and not askribe.com. The certificate was issued to Askribe and that website is what you have mentioned in your application. Askribe is an in-house office-based training program, unlike andhrascribe which is online cheat program. You have displayed this certificate at andhrascribe to fool and cheat new aspirants. Bad boy.

This gspal who supports you is not a bad person. He does things as per his beliefs. By his writings, I think he is the same person I had once known hailing from Delhi. If he is the same person then he definitely is a very nice guy that I had known always standing up for the destitutes and havenots. He was a social worker when I had come across him. I have sent him a private email about my posting of AHDI and other things that I had come to know of various cheat programs that Venu and his ilk like MMK have been into in the past. If his belief is changed then expect no further posts from him in support of Venu.

Dearest Venu, taking copyrighted material, softwares, and practice dictations off other websites without permission and incorporating in your so called training program does not make your training program original. You are sourcing work from USA and making money getting it done by others. You do not have a single production unit of your own as I came to know from bangaloremt.com. These associates of yours are only your vendors from whom you take deposits to never return and adjusting it against works not being client ready. An excuse of course. No? They do not cry out less they do not get more work or you expose there so called incompetency. Not to upset your own applecart, you never expose your trainees to practice dictations that you are sourcing less it goes against HIPAA guidelines and you get black listed. What if I use these very dictations for selling for advanced training in MT? After all, until recently I too was your vendor and have hundred of hours of them retained ang indexed specialty-wise as well as in steps of difficulty.

Lastly, never mind ...... enough said for the time being.

So think. Would like to make a confession at my church with media people present and recording your confessions? Only then the community of cheated will forgive you.

As far I know, Venu is a mutli tasking, multi talented person. His online [color=darkblue]training program [/color]includes software for transcription and some old voice files of graded difficulty. Newbies get exposed to the voice files and try to learn transcription. He takes some fixed fee for that services. He gives online or offline support for his trainees. How much the trainees get benefit would entirely depend on their capacity.
Venu's other involvement is in [color=darkblue]outsourcing[/color]. He never claimed to be giving work directly to MTs or MTSOs. What he does is create a platform for an outsourcer and vendor/MT to meet and negotiate. If a deal is struck, Venu gets his commission.
NOW, I don't see any cheating or fraudulant claims from Venu. This [b]'Guest' [/b]who claims to be posting without any animosity towards Venu has written a lot without saying anything.
My message is simple. Any trainee joining Askribe would get what Venu claims to be giving, but it may not always be enough to launch them as full fledged MTs.
Any vendor/MT that negotiates with a client/outsourcer would have to do his own negotiations. It is not right to blame Venu if your relationship sours because of low quality or payment issues.

On what basis are you supporting venu when all are telling that he is not a proper trainer? and with that type of training where is the question of negotiation with client? What online or offline support he is giving? just escaping when asked any doubt. If one gives poor quality, is it only his/her fault and not the trainer's? and in this case, it is not a problem of one or two trainees, all are experiencing the same

As I said, any MT getting training in any 'training institute' is not fit to do transcriptions directly, their accuracies would not be enough to get a job. They definitely have to undergo OJT to give acceptable accuracies.
Now, if a newbie gets trained at a 'training institute' either Askribe online or any of the in-house institutes I know of, they will definitely not give acceptable accuracies. It is too high expectations if they expect to get home mt jobs with that sort of limited exposure. I would put the onus on the candidates who expect to make money by just subscribing to any of the training. The next step for them to join a company that's going to give them some sort of mentoring before giving them any job.
If Askribe is promising a definite outsourced job after their meager training, it's time that Venu lower his marketing tone. But I would say that any one who gets a training of just a few months is not fit to get a job.

So, at last you are into right discussion now. Whatever you have said is true, that for a just-trained MT (newbie), it is highly impossible to settle down, which is why I have created a website to help new MTs, and posted this topic here as "Gain Medical Transcription Experience". With some good working habits and dedication, one can gain quick experience, which I have mentioned in my website in a pointwise, easy to understand manner.

Now, the main topic in this post was totally diverted. Instead of talking about how to help each other or help the juniors in this field, people are more interested in throwing stones at each other simply talking about their personal feelings about a person.

We have already in the process of changing to online platform andhrascribe.com material also. Since one month it is going on.

We never said that we are approved by AHDI/AAMT. We took educational membership and we are trying to cope up with AAMT standards by improving our standards by giving good training. We will apply for approval. In India, no institute has that. We mentioned www.andhrascribe.com only in AAMT membership application that is why we displayed there.

In India, you can get softwares anywhere, 4shared.com etc. No need to bother about that.

We are concentrating on HIPAA by giving dictations and tests through online platform for security purposes.

We want to apply for BBB(Best Business Bureau) once the online platform process finished. So that we can market in Europe market.

Comedy part is that only one or two people are writing in this forum on this topic with different names(not you(guest)) for giving impression that so many people are discussing on this matter.
