Prexus, a company which started in 2005 and which claims itself to be an MNC is the most out of sense, non-professional and nonethical company to the till date in India. A company which just aims at hiring people just to derive their own benefits and fulfilling its needs and after they are met to fire the workforce quite instantly without caring about them. Prexus is headed by Devan Pillai, the operations’ manager a person kicked out by Heartland, Delhi and Sanjeev Jain, the director who even does not know the abc of healthcare.

Some Examples:

Almost whole of the AR Department was fired instantly in around March 2007 (all guys at the executive level); because the company was not getting enough business but charges were put that the guys were not efficient

Eight brilliant guys from Transcription Division were fired instantly in September 2007; because they were having some issues with the wrong polices of the management and charges were put that they were spreading politics

Supervisor from Denial Management fired overnightly because actually company was cutting its cost and charges were put that he is not efficient

Another Supervisor from AR Department fired instantly overnightly with same charges that she is not efficient

Five guys from AR department were informed not to come to the office in around April 2008; because they were asking for their deserving promotions and charges were put that they were spreading groupism

And more recently a supervisor from AR Department fired overnightly with charges that she is not coordinating with management

And a lot of other guys who either resigned or got terminated…………
