An MT company in Hyderabad company has various rules and policies (like other companies) which are implemented while appointing a candidate in its team as Trainee MT or MT and for other various positions. It is very straightforward and accurate in making the candidate to fulfill all the formalities for joining the company like [b]signing contract, submission of surity checks, submission of their certificates, or deposition of cash[/b]... and so on. The candidates are not even given a proper ID card.
This para seems quite clear. But there are lots of things which are not transparent for a new person joining this company. If a person keeps on working like a sweet-fool with them without any requests for promotation, increase in pay, arguments or clarifications, he/she is the most accepted person in this company. Whereas if anyone tries to argue for any reason which is incorrect, he/she is considered of no use here. Morever when he/she argues more then he/she is made aware of all the policies and conditions of the company which are kept undercover while appointing or promoting the candidate (bullshit). This company's managers simply promote you or pay you whatever you ask for when they are short of good people and just piss off on people when they don't need people (they don't promote and just make nonsense excuses). They don't even care to answer to phone calls once a person resigns the company and tries to contact for final formalities.
The most incredible thing (I should say) is that 95% of the employees working in this company don't respect their managers, team leaders, and other officials from heart and do curse them. These 95% people are just waiting for their contract terms to finish....
This company takes more time than a government organization to complete formalities like giving relieving letters (first of does not give), fulfilling PF formalities, etc. They just don't care to answer phone calls unless you are on your toes always in front of them.
Yes, I do accept that there are certain people who do cheat the company too...but this does not mean other people suffer for their deeds...
This company do file cases against them and gets compensated in 1000s of rupees, so why the people who genuinely work for them suffer????
I think most of you who are from Hyderabad have understood by now about which company I am talking about. There are many MTs around this city and country who are tolerating this nonsense. I request you to give your feedbacks and try to make an association to secure ourselves and help grow this industry to new heights.
Higher officials like TLs, PMs, and MDs of companies reading this topic will certainly will not be happy after reading this, I do appreciate them, but IF COMPANIES HAVE RULES TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON MTs THEN WHY NO RULES TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON THE COMPANIES.........??? |

| It is like this, because our society is like this, our people are like this, they are not even ready to object anything habitated to accept any suppression from the (companies) for money. If they can go why they think, no company or MD will worry about you people, you are lucky to be in MT field, because at least they are giving this high salary (compared to other jobs of maximum 3000-4500 for other jobs-think of those people also) this is not for your talent, because they could not get sufficient people for low salary, still now many companies are there who give 6000 rs for an mt and get the work done by squeezing them, these mts will get 11000 if he go out to another company (like that only our hike is made by ourselves on company change, no company will increase your salary for more than 500 rs maximum in a year for that also you should be extraordinary) but you will stay there because of laziness, you will not change company even in the next street. Not even this man is having the guts to type the company name even as a guest in this forum. I hate people like these who make our society a nice cushion for looting people because of lacking guts........guts that all wanted for new mts, at least mention the name of the company, if you are working in that same company then leave the job, and join a company you work whole heartedly. Mention the companies not paying good and behaving good, nowadays politics are dancing in MT field, which companies use to exploit mts |

What are you saying? Are you saying if one company is not paying adequate salary/payment from time-to-time, one should quit it and join another one? You should know that nowadays companies look at the MTs/editors background who keep on jumping like this. It might look greener in the distance, but when you near it you will realize yourself that you yourself is a fool...I hope you understand what I am saying.
It is not all about salary/payment, there are so many other things associated with the MT work, like as u said, politics has been going on in many many organizations/companies now... Whom to blame for this? You might again quit in the name of it.. Afterall, how long will u keep on jumping from tree-to-tree? It only spoils your future. Wherever you go, one problem or the other will be there as one company will be good at one end and down at the other.
It is better to adjust yourself or do not complain. If that is also not acceptable to you, then better thing is to start your own company...then there is another problem that you wont be having proper sleep on any given day.
I can understand the MTs/editors grievances here and I truly support you all, but the fact is that you all seeing and hearing about greenish spots outside, end up landing in a hole again and from there again enquiring about greenish spots. Where will it end?

you actually din't understand the meaning of my post at all. well read it again please and i would appreciate your views again.
as far as guts are concerned, you dont worry about that. i do hav guts to bring down the strength of a given company in couple of months...ok? There is a reason for not mentioning the name of the company.
well, if you serve an organization for 5 years and when u resign and you are just ignored like an unknown person....you will understand the pain.
