Dear Ayisha,

You ask for some references of their students will all the particulars and then only you take decision. There are many No.1 online training companies but students are not benefitted by online mt training in anyway.

Somewhere on this forum itself, I had learn that IOAS were cheating. They have also placed a post at pliner http://www.pliner.net/appmb2/4b8f17/530324/1/ of seeking MTs to be trained for their units presumably in Mysore, Bangalore, Indore, and Nepal. Nothing of that exists.

I had a email from K.A. Prabhu of IAOS who states that they have trained over 3000 MTs all over the country and carries out 3D and video based training. Again, all applicants do not become MT trainees. According to him their selection and rejection ratio for aspirants is 2:20.

However, one needs to verify credentials and that is a difficult process as most of these internet based training institutes do not part with such information in India at least. Therefore, in my opinion one should join a professional office based training institute that will give you a thorough training. The charges of such training you will easily recover in 3-4 months and will never regret. Do not think of working from home until you have reached QA level in all specialties.

My warning is from my own experience.
