Dear Team, Beware of this big fraud company, which offers you exceptionally high rates and then cheat you by not paying anything at all.

This is "Foreshore Transcriptions Pvt Ltd, which claims to have his registered office at: "Industry House, 10, Camac Street, 10th Floor, Kolkata-700016" where in fact no such office exists. The name of concerned person is Mr. Amith Chaudhary (MD) # 9230516887, 9231422930.

We were fortunate enough to take only less work, we worked for one and a half month but in low volumes. When we asked for our payments they made lame excuses. And by the way the rates, which they are offering are Rs. 2.25 to Rs. 2.50 per line count.

This is a bitter reality that anyone who offer higher rates is bound to raise suspicion. I request my counterparts (HMTs and small vendors) to share their experience of fraud companies so that we small time people dont get hurt financially.

Apple Cross whose named is claimed by some Bikash is a BIG fraud making Filipino MTs to work but not pay. I had lots of MT colleagues from the Philippines who worked for him but on the day of the payment, he always make excuses like "the client still hasn't pay" or some other excuse.

Icode transcriptions from Jharkhand and Goodscript Data Services from Chennai have defrauded our company for a lot of money. We did considerable amount of work and we are not paid even now.

I would like to share my experience to all; having worked for some small group of MT company from India.
Actually, I do not think they are a small group as they have 2 existing companies
registered in different names. Please see details below:

Those two companies are owned some Mr. Vishnu, but I had worked for them with direct contact via Yahoo messenger with one of their founding members, Mr. Phani Kumar Rally (MT_QA) as he claimed and the e-mail ID he is using is phanikumaronline@yahoo.com who has his name registered as Srinivas Chiruvella; the one who recruited me identified herself as Jyothi Chiruvella, the recruitment officer of that company as she claimed.

I had worked with them for over a month.

These people make me work that started last September 05, 2007 until the second week of October 2007. The first payment for my work should have arrived on October 10th, but Mr. Phani Kumar Rally, told me that he will send the money to my account on the 15th of that month. The 15th of October arrived, and no money has arrived despite of my continued work for them. I again asked them when they will send the payment and again, they promised to send it in the following days. Days had passed but the payment did not arrived. I stopped working with them and told them that I will work again when the money arrived. Days again had passed and the money they owed me still did not arrived. One day, Phani Kumar Rally, come up with another excuses. Day-after-day, Phani always come up with new one.

It has been four months from now and still, Phani had lots of new excuses coming up. Phani is the man of excuses.

To everyone, especially physicians and those who are in need of MT services, you now know the companies to avoid. Now, you know how some MT service providers take advantage of other people's talent.
They are earning money not from their own hardwork but from others.

Oh, by the way, I remember Mr. Veno, the most popular person in this forum saving the asses of these people out of this issue. He even so called [color=red]help me[/color] to get the money but left me behind when I am slowly believing them that they would pay. Now, I have a feeling that this person is a conspirator of these people.

To Mr. Vishnu, kindly...kindly have a hand on this issue.

Hello All,

It is very very important that you know about Mr. Suraneni Venugopala Rao. He states this that etc and he gives a lot of adds of other companies who inturn take a lot of HTs and just immerse in cold water after getting the work done. Over here and in some of the other websites as well, so many people have told it clearly that he acts as a clean gentleman and he himself adores and expresses before others and gives a lot of information about other companies saying that it is his/her friends companies etc..

Don't ever ever believe Mr. Venu's word. I have never ever seen such a person with lot of false smiles and making false promises to others. But, when it comes to the real scene, he would just go beyond the screens like what others do.

In some of the websites i have seen him stating that he knows clients who give work at 1 dollar per line etc... Can anybody believe this? If not, know this is what he is capable of...he himself downgrades other companies at times, but when it matters he himself is like that

To some people, he is still offering work at 60 paise per line...Why i am saying is because in some of the websites he makes huge noises when it comes to such issues along with others and acts as a nice guy.

We know that who is writing on the name of Alina Mathur....come on with your own name.

Number of people know about Suraneni and how good he is. He helped number of people in the industry and by his groups and other activities. For each company, 20-30% disappointed people will be there, they will write some thing.

I have no special interest in this matter. As you told you are in problem sometime back, I have tried my level best to help you by communicating with Mr. Vishnu and Phani. They told that they do not know how to send money to Phillipines that is why problem arised, then I inquired with my friend, who is having number of HBTs from Phillipines, he told that it is easy to send through ABN AMRO. I told this to Mr. Vishnu and Phani. They requested me to inquire at bank. As my daughter got sick with fever severely for one week, then I am unable to go to bank. Finally, I went to ABN AMRO at Juiblee Hills (near Care Hospital), they told that you should have bank account to transfer, I conveyed to Phani about this. They told that they will take care about this.

I am very busy now with my new office at DilshukNagar, which I am going to open within two to three days. I am recruiting people, wood work and other networking is going on, so unable to make contact with the above people.

Right now, the things are quite okay for me because I got clear picture from clients. Previously, I took work from the clients who are paying delay and problem happened to me as well as my HTs. I cleared 99% issues related to HTs of mine. Right now, we are getting work directly from US and local also who are genuine and timely payers and now we are happy.

They will take care? Actually, I do not think they care... Coz if they care, they will realize how it is hard to work and it gets harder when you work and don't get paid.

I have given them lots of option in sending payment. After that, they again come up with new excuses. Payments can be sent via paypal. I even gave them the account # of my relative who lives there in India where they can deposit the amount. Don't tell me they also do not know how to send in money to local banks. Are they moron? How can they hire person without knowing how to pay him? I was not born yesterday.

Yes, I'd recd a call from him too. He said he is having two offices, one at Calcutta and one in Noida/Delhi. Lucky enough, I did not take up any work from him.

one of the statements from the message posted by Mr. Venu Gopala Rao that reflects his skills in english. just go through the whole passage and see the quality of english.

Strange. People who do not know proper English like these people are owners of transcription companies earning lacs, while many MTs like me who are much better equipped with the most important criteria of transcription i.e. excellent english are toiling 9-12 hours daily earning less than 20,000. Strange, really strange

No wonder, transcription industry has left many talented people totally disillusioned about its future as there is no appreciation of talented people.
