[b]Qualification[/b]: 5 Yrs Minimum Exp in MT
Should be [b]fluent in Oral and Writen English Communication[/b]
Willing to [b]Travel to US [/b] for onsite client Transition

[b]CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT[/b]Interacting with clients on updates, manuals, feedbacks, specifications, and methods to facilitate enhancement of quality of transcripts, determine their level of gratification, and ascertain and effectively address areas of potential dissatisfaction through standard operational strategies and sharing those with the respective team members for better compliance.
Dealing with US Clients on an as-needed basis through telephonic conference, IM, etc.
Liaising with existing and new clients, managing new business avenues and problems, and providing a customized business solution for the betterment of the business and resolution of problems.
Ensuring high-quality customer experience, maintaining excellent relations with the clients, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes to generate more avenues for newer business projects.
