Candidate should have -
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to gather and review information, develop alternatives and make informed decisions.
High level of personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when communicating.
Excellent communication skills.
KRA-
Monitor Operations process KPI through internal and external platforms
Provide specific directions to both operations and client contacts on how to manage agreed commitments
Effectively manage call volume and labor resources for inbound and outbound call centers, while maintaining and exceeding Convergys and client specific goals and expectations through utilization of various network platforms and switch packages.
Monitor Toll-Free call routing plans using a variety of routing platforms to effectively analyze and manage call volume.
Monitor and make required recommendations as per decided business rules
To maintain optimum staffing levels for one or multiple programs
To maintain optimum agent call states for one or multiple programs
To handle call volume coming in on all skills for one/multiple programs
Make recommendations to Operations, like overtime, VGH, team meetings etc
Institution of timely and efficient communication to verify allocation settings, queue settings, overflows targets, media events, and transcription campaigns
Analyze and monitor statistical information in a timely manner to ensure proper call allocation goals are met
