Position: Assistant Quality Manager/ Quality Manager in Medical Transcription

Minimum Experience: 6 years
Job Description:
1) Should be responsible for entire quality & random quality audits.
2) Should be exposed to major worktypes and specialties in medical transcription.
3) Able to interact independently with client for quality feedback.
Desired Profile:
Capable of delivering quality and quantity, taking leadership responsibilities, mentoring & training MTs, PR's QA's and managing team. Should be able to work under pressure without time constraints and display a high level of concentration
