Hi Dr. Rakesh,

Your efforts are appreciated, but I am thinking why we have to invest this much time on this. You can simply use instant text software or autocorrect options.

Dear Veno,

How are you. You are doing great.

How do manage these things?. Do you have (24+10) hours in a day or your ID is used by a group of you?

Do you remember me, we have talked once or twice via phone do you remember me?

I viewed your linked webpages and found rather useful. I think you may found my webpage useful, but other will certainly. I am going to update it daily if posible as i am also quite busy in my homoeopathic practice.

The given sentences are an idea about common medical sentences for new mts.

"The patient/This is a 66-year/month-old (black/white/Caucasian/Hispanic/right-handed/left-handed/retired) (gentleman/lady/male/female/boy/girl/child/man/woman/student/ college professor/ financial advisor)"

IF a New MT have an idea of such usual sentence formation then i think it woud be very easy to him/her to catch the word he/she is missing.
