Dear Colleagues/Friends,

I have been observing lot of people are in dire need for work and there are some small based companies who are advertising very boldly about HBT work.

Are you aware of the market rates. These fellows they first of all don't have a DIRECT CLIENT, and on top of it they outsource all BAD DICTATORS who they cannot handle it or in which they don't have their caliber to outburst.

Now friends note down the rate in the market which goes about.

MT: Not less than Rs. 1/- per line (65 characters with spaces).

MT/QA (Direct Upload): Not less than Rs. 1.60 to Rs. 1.80 per line (65 characters with spaces).

QA: Not less than 0.80 to 0.90 paise per line (65 characters with spaces).

Apart from this there are companies who give Rs. 2 to Rs. 2.50 depending on each one's quality and caliber for MT/QA work.

So friends, don't compromise on the amount less than the stated one or else you won't survive.

So don't disgrace yourself by dropping your dignity.

Yes, you are right. Transcription rate is Re. 1 per line. But DU rates vary from 1.20 to 1.40. If they are able to pay 1.60 or 1.80 why do they opt for individuals like us? They could have gone to vendors who do for these rates, correct?
